Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Renodraft, operated by Vanda AI Pte Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Renodraft is an AI-powered interior rendering tool. You provide room specifications and material preferences, and the service generates rendered images using artificial intelligence. Renders are generated by third-party AI models and results may vary.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Credits and Billing

• Renders cost credits. Credit allowances depend on your subscription tier
• Unused credits from monthly subscriptions do not roll over
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where applicable
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@renodraft.com

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or rendering pipeline
• Upload floor plans or images you do not have the right to use
• Abuse the API through automated scripts, bots, or excessive requests
• Resell renders generated by Renodraft without a Studio subscription

Intellectual Property

• You own the renders you generate. Renodraft does not claim ownership of your output
• The Renodraft brand, interface, and code are the intellectual property of Vanda AI Pte Ltd
• Floor plans and reference images you upload remain your property

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Renders are generated by AI models and are approximations. They should not be used as construction drawings, engineering specifications, or contractual representations. Renodraft is not responsible for discrepancies between rendered images and actual renovation outcomes. Always verify dimensions and specifications with your contractor or designer.

Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
• Third-party AI providers (render engines, upscaling) may experience downtime outside our control
• In the event of service disruption that prevents render generation, credits will not be deducted

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Vanda AI Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Renodraft. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with 7 days notice
• On termination, your project data and renders will be deleted within 30 days

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
