Renodraft is operated by Vanda AI Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What We Collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign up
• Project data: floor plans, room specifications, material selections, and render outputs you create
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, render counts, and error logs
• Device data: browser type, screen resolution, and IP address

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve Renodraft's rendering service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing receipts)
• To monitor service performance and fix bugs
• To respond to support requests

Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted in AWS ap-southeast-1, Singapore region)
• Render images are stored in Supabase Storage with access controlled by row-level security
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase (authentication, database, file storage) -- Singapore region
• Stripe (payment processing) -- PCI DSS compliant
• Vercel (hosting and serverless functions)
• Black Forest Labs (AI render generation -- prompts only, no personal data sent)
• Stability AI (image upscaling -- images only, no personal data sent)
• Anthropic (floor plan detection -- images only, no personal data sent)

Your Rights Under PDPA

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data by contacting us
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent for data collection (this may affect your ability to use the service)
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

Data Retention

• Active accounts: data retained while your account is active
• Deleted accounts: personal data is deleted within 30 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained
• Render images: deleted when you delete a project or your account

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
